WARM only ever happens after a real person replies that they still need help. Nothing in discovery or judging can mark someone warm, and a human takes the conversation over at handoff.
How it works
1. Describe your offer
Create a product profile: what you sell, who it helps, the problems it solves, and words that mean a conversation is or isn't relevant.
2. Choose approved public sources
Point Scout at a public subreddit, a public RSS/Atom feed, or a manual inbox where you paste public post URLs yourself.
3. Scout reads and shortlists
Scout scores each public conversation against your profile, then a lead judge decides whether one brief, genuinely helpful qualification question is worth asking.
4. You stay in the middle
Scout prepares two response options. You choose, edit, and post it yourself — or block it. Sensitive posts are marked human-review-only and never enter automated qualification.

What Scout will never do
- No auto-posting and no auto-commenting anywhere.
- No auto-pitching, no product links or affiliate links in a qualification question.
- No chasing: Scout never sends a second knock to a silent person.
- No scraping private groups, no logins bypassed, no DM harvesting.
- Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram monitoring is not currently connected.
- No claim that a lead is a buyer — Scout only ranks whether a conversation is worth joining.
